Return & Refund Policy Disclaimer

DMICE reserves the sole right to approve or deny any request for a return, refund, replacement, or exchange, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing in this policy limits any rights customers may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Return & Refund Policy.

Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 14, 2026

At DMICE — Dominion Metals, Investments & Currency Exchange, we take pride in accurately representing and carefully packaging every collectible coin, currency item, bullion product, and related collectible we sell. Due to the unique and often fluctuating value of these products, all sales are considered final unless otherwise determined by DMICE.

 

1. All Sales Final

Unless required by applicable law, all purchases made through DMICE are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges simply because a customer changes their mind, no longer wants the item, or market values have changed after purchase.

 

2. Refund Requests

Although our standard policy is that all sales are final, DMICE may, at its sole discretion, review requests for a return, exchange, or refund on a case-by-case basis.

 

Submitting a request does not guarantee that it will be approved.

3. Eligible Circumstances

DMICE may consider a refund or replacement if:

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The item received is materially different from its description.

 

Any request must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date and include photographs, your order number, and a description of the issue.

 

4. Return Requirements

If a return is approved, the item must:

  • Be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

  • Include all original packaging and accessories, if applicable.

  • Be securely packaged and shipped using a trackable shipping method if instructed by DMICE.

 

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

 

5. Non-Refundable Items

Unless required by law or otherwise approved by DMICE, refunds will not be issued for:

  • Bullion products whose market value has changed.

  • Collectible coins or currency purchased based on changing market conditions.

  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling.

  • Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

  • Packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

  • Buyer’s remorse or accidental purchases.


6. Approved Refunds

If DMICE approves a refund, it will generally be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable period after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused by DMICE.

 

7. Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact DMICE before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in the suspension of purchasing privileges and may be contested with supporting documentation.

 

8. Policy Changes

DMICE reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes become effective when posted on this website.
